Order #42433 arrived on Jun 1st, 2008 and was shipped on June 5th, 2008. You have asked for 21 days of handling and shipping. We came to the conclusion that your order was lost in the mail on July 3rd, 2008. We reproduced your order and sent it to you on July 8th, 2008.
Oreder #43875 arrived on June 23rd, 2008. It was shipped on June 29 th, 2008. You have chosen 14 days of handling and delivery. So your order is supposed to arrive on July 17th, 2008.

Hi, Just wondering about my order. Is 42551, I paid using paypal. Was a bit worried as I didn´t get any confirmation that my my order was received, but paypal went through okay. Thank you for choosing our website to order your business cards. Your order arrived on June 24th, 2008 and was shipped back to you on June 29th, 2008. You paid for 21 days of handling and shipping (counting out weekends) so start worry on July 23rd, 2008. Btw: the cards are beautiful!  |

Like it happen in 99% cases like yours - the customer is wrong. You posted your order on 06/02/2008 22:38 hours. On 06/03/2008 it was sent to be printed after it passed quality check-up. On 06/04/2008 it was cut and packed. On 06/05/2008 it was shipped to you. Now, you paid for 21 days of handling and delivery. If you´ll count out holidays and weekends you are supposed to have your order on 07/03/2008. I don´t understand whats going on. I ordered 1000 business card almost 6 weeks ago and they were supposed to be were 2 weeks ago and they never came. I went my post office and nothing. I call that 1800 number 5 times and no one has called me back. I feel like I have been scammed and now I don´t know what to do next someone please help me. |

I need your order number or your full name or your e-mail address in order to locate your order in our data base. Better thing to do is to contact us through e-mail as it is recommended in our website. You were not scammed that´s for sure. Maybe you asked for 21 days of delivery and you didn´t count holidays and weekends. It happened before that a package was lost in the snail mail. In such a case we´ll compensate you.

I have left msg for a call back regarding order #43709. My friend Constance attempted to make a credit card payment, and the card was rejected w/error msg like "referral something". I then used my credit card to make the payment, and the payment went through on order # 43674, but both show "in process". Only one card is to billed, but have heard from anyone in your office. |

I was doing some uploading of my own images, and when i upload them it gives me a preview box, with a gray border saying "Safe Area" what is that exactly? Is it the area where your card is going to be cut, cause i tried to make it where nothing went over that gray border... So before i order please let me know... Thank you...

The grey area is advised not to be used for important information. Leave it for background only. Nevertheless - let your order go and our graphic artist will check it. If it´s "no go" we´ll get in touch with you and redesign your order to fit your needs and intentions  |

Sorry for the order number mistake. My order number is 41863. Now I CALLED LEFT 2 MESSAGES TO BE CALLED BACK. SENT EMAILS. I NEED TO KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS AND WHAT TO DO TO GET IT SENT RUSHED. AT NO COST BECAUSE I NEVER GOT THEM. I feel my next step is to contact the BBB. I have spent more with you guys on shipping than anywhere elseI have ordered. Help with where the other part to my order is important so I have some clue what I spent $25 on.

My order number is 41862. Ordered on 5/21/08. Please note I have order from many companys and choice to do snail mail (21 to 25 day). I have got every thing in that 3 week time frame. I really was hopeing this order would get here I just loved the design. Thank you for the help in this matter.. |

You can clearly see that you didn´t complete the order.
It means you have stopped at the stage of using your credit card.
By the way - you made a designing mistake: some of your wording is overlapping the template and is unreadable.

I sent a email this morning asking the question (why have I not gotting my business cards and post cards.) I sent a email almost 2 weeks ago on this matter I was told they where mailed out that day. Well still no order. How long do we wait til you refill this order? I did not get business cards and post cards. Sticker´s and Magnets got here 3 weeks ago. Thank you for your help on this. |
